CHM is delighted to bring to our Medicare-age members a new cost reduction offered to members participating in Medicare Parts A and B or a Medicare Advantage Plan.
Your monthly gift amount will have a $65 reduction applied if you’re a qualifying Medicare-age member participating at the Gold level. This will lower the monthly gift amount for qualifying members from $172 to $107 per unit. To receive the cost reduction, you must have a Medicare Verification form on file with CHM.
This advantage is available only to Medicare-eligible Gold members age 65 and older. If you’re participating at the Silver or Bronze level, please consider transitioning to Gold. To make the change, call 800-791-6225, ext. 5993, or update your membership through the free Member Portal found at portal.chministries.org.
