Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Systems Administrator to lead our HubSpot initiatives and oversee the platform’s overall alignment with business objectives.

As the Marketing Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot, leading integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful business outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of marketing automation to support our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Strategy Oversight and Other Essential Marketing Systems: 
    Develop, implement, and continuously refine our HubSpot strategy to align with overall business goals and departmental objectives. Stay updated on HubSpot’s evolving features to leverage new functionalities and drive innovation. 
  • Integration and Workflow Management: 
    Manage integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem to ensure seamless workflows between HubSpot and other tools. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows that enhance efficiency and deliver business value. 
  • Permissions Administration and User Management: 
    Serve as the main administrator for HubSpot, overseeing user permissions, onboarding new users, and ensuring data integrity across the platform. Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices and new features. 
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: 
    Partner with various departments—such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to understand and support their needs, aligning HubSpot’s capabilities with their requirements. Act as a liaison to translate technical features into actionable solutions that meet business needs. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 
    Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics within HubSpot to provide insight into key performance indicators. Regularly analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in alignment with business goals. 
  • Training and Documentation: 
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations. Deliver training sessions and act as a certified HubSpot trainer to ensure team members are proficient and up to date on HubSpot functionalities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically in HubSpot administration or marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HubSpot implementations, integrations, and strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing best practices. 
  • HubSpot Certifications preferred: 
  • HubSpot Marketing Software 
  • HubSpot CRM 
  • Certified HubSpot Trainer 
  • Inbound Certification 

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards. 
  • Proficiency in creating automated workflows and process optimization within HubSpot. 
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experience in a creative or strategy-oriented role, with a strong aptitude for developing and implementing innovative solutions.
