Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer & Administrator to design, develop, and manage SharePoint-based solutions while ensuring the smooth operation and security of SharePoint environments. This role requires a blend of development expertise and administrative proficiency to enhance collaboration, automate business processes, and maintain system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Develop and integrate applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, and SharePoint REST API.
- Configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint environments, including installation, security settings, permissions, and integrations.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Administer SharePoint Central Administration and Microsoft 365 services.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of SharePoint environments, including SQL Server database management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance business processes.
- Oversee SharePoint hubs, site collections, subsites, libraries and workflows.
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or similar certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in SharePoint development or administration are preferred.
- Proficiency in SharePoint development tools such as SPFx, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Central Administration, Microsoft 365 administration, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and integration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Experience in IT service management (ITSM) for problem resolution preferred.

- Sitting for extended periods of time.
