Ryan McGraw is the Vice President of Administration of Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM). Ryan studied at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, where he earned a bachelor's degree in corporate communications. After college, he held regional and district level management roles, most recently being his position at Fifth Third Bank. He was promoted to Vice President, where he managed and mentored staff in multiple banking center locations. He soon earned the Fifth Third Bank President’s Circle Award (2014, 2016); the Pinnacle Award (2016); and Ryan was twice named Financial Center Manager of the Year (2014, 2016).
He was nominated to serve on banking-related councils, including the Northeast Ohio Advisory Council (NEOH) and Bancorp Advisory Council (BAC). As part of the BAC, he served with financial center managers to strategize and implement improved bank processes. The NEOH, which served as a bridge to the BAC, enabled Ryan to help improve the efficiency of local banks. Ryan's supervisor nominated him as the Regional Lending Champion. As such he coached employees and executed strategic sales tactics for 13 regional branches.
At CHM, Ryan has enhanced daily operational strategies, organized training and leadership development programs, reduced the number of CHM's administrative costs, and established relationships with national Christian leaders and organizations. Ryan has been involved in several Chambers of Commerce organizations, served as a board member for Project GRAD Akron (Akron, Ohio), and was recognized by Fifth Third Bank with the Community Service Award for involvement with United Way, Akron-Canton Foodbank and northeast Ohio community service efforts. He's a board member for Fellowship Christian Athletes (FCA), Mercy Medical Development Foundation, is involved with Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce, other local businesses, and serves as a youth football coach for the Manchester Panthers school district.
Ryan and his wife, Heather, have been married since 2011 and have three sons: Dominic, Levi and Cooper.
