Position Summary

The Product Owner will spearhead strategic development and operational management of our digital platforms, including a member portal, mobile application, and HubSpot integrations. This role demands a collaborative approach with various teams to ensure the delivery of superior digital solutions that cater to user preferences and drive the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Product Strategy: Develop a cohesive vision for the member portal, mobile app, and HubSpot functionalities that aligns with the overall business strategy and customer service excellence.
  2. Enhanced Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the pivotal link among stakeholders, development teams, and customer service representatives. Collect and prioritize product and service requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
  3. Comprehensive Backlog Management: Oversee the product backlog, enriching it with user stories that encompass website, app functionalities, and HubSpot integration. Prioritize backlog items to reflect the evolving needs of users and the strategic direction of the business.
  4. Agile & Continuous Improvement: Lead agile methodologies across teams, ensuring adaptive planning, evolutionary development, speedy delivery, and continuous improvement. Foster an environment of open communication and rapid response to change.
  5. Unified User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create seamless and intuitive experiences across the member portal, mobile app, and contact center interactions, ensuring consistency and quality in user engagement.
  6. Performance & Data Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital platforms using key metrics. Utilize data insights to refine product offerings, enhance user satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.
  7. Market Insight & Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies in the digital and customer service spheres, and competitive landscapes. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital product management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving team cohesion and inspiring stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a commitment to creating user-centered designs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

 Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience managing member portals and mobile applications.
  • Technical skills in analytics tools, project management software, and customer service technology platforms.
