When you share CHM with your friends and family, you can earn credits after your friend joins and pays for three months of membership. The credit is equal to the monthly cost of their chosen program. The best part? You can earn up to 16 months’ worth of credits per year. Combined, these credits total one free year of CHM membership and your entire Personal Responsibility.
Advantage Care Solution (ACS)
If you have an upcoming orthopedic procedure, we have a solution. Advantage Care Solution (ACS) equips you with fast-tracked, quality care with savings and simplicity. Plus, you can get a $1,000 credit toward your unit’s annual Personal Responsibility.
