By using ACS for a qualifying procedure, we’ll connect you with high-quality healthcare, a fast-tracked and simplified process, and any necessary travel arrangements. Our team will walk alongside you throughout your entire procedure—start to finish—offering education, support, and prayer.
ACS will even help you save on out-of-pocket costs! If you receive your procedure through ACS, you’ll receive a $1,000 membership credit that can be applied to your Personal Responsibility. Maternity Care Solution (MCS)
Through MCS, our team supports you spiritually throughout your entire pregnancy! We’ll work with you to personalize your care, provide you access to a nurse navigator who can answer any pregnancy-related questions, and we’ll pray for you every step of the way.
By calling within the first 16 weeks of pregnancy, you can receive a $500 reduction on your $1,500 Personal Responsibility. We’re also happy to help you locate local providers who will give you both quality care and fair-market pricing.
Virtual Care Solution
All CHM members—regardless of their selected program—have access to HealthiestYou™ by Teladoc. Through the HealthiestYou™ app, you can reduce minor out-of-pocket costs. Our telemedicine partnership enables you to virtually meet with a doctor free of charge—and from the comfort of your own home.
Additionally, there are tools to find the best-priced prescriptions in your area. You can also meet with specialized physicians—for mental health, dermatology, and nutrition—for a fair-market price to you.
