Whether you’re a new member or have been a member for years, we want to empower you to make the most of your CHM membership in 2025 and beyond. With the new year, it’s a great time to brush up on the CHM Guidelines and maximize your membership.
Plus, we’ve recently improved the Member Portal experience to make it easier than ever to submit bills and make changes. See just a snippet of what you can do below!
Here’s what you need to know:
- Same day start: Your membership starts the day indicated on your Speedy Enrollment Form. There’s no waiting period—you can choose to begin your membership the moment you submit your form!
- Recurring payments: If you’d like to set up recurring monthly contributions, register and log into your Member Portal. You can do it all from there!
- Membership changes: If you’d like to view membership details or make changes to your membership, visit your Member Portal.
- Getting medical care: If you need medical care, you choose your healthcare provider—there’s no provider network. Just let them know you’re a self-pay patient, request an itemized bill and a self-pay discount, and submit eligible itemized bills to CHM through your Member Portal.
Additionally, here are some great solutions included with your CHM membership at no additional cost to you!
Advantage Care Solution (ACS):
Explore Advantage Care Solution (ACS) if you’ve received a referral for surgery from your healthcare provider. ACS connects members with high-quality providers who are best equipped to help with their specific medical condition. If your surgery qualifies for ACS participation, you’ll receive a $1,250 and experience a simplified process.

Maternity Care Solution (MCS):
Our Maternity Care Solution is now available on all CHM programs beginning January 1, 2025. CHM Gold, CHM Silver, and CHM Bronze members can receive sharing for eligible maternity bills once their Qualifying Amounts are met and maternity Personal Responsibilities are satisfied.
Additionally, members have access to our Maternity Care Team and a nurse navigator to help guide them and answer any pregnancy-related questions. You can even receive a Personal Responsibility reduction: Call (800) 791-6225 within the first 16 weeks of pregnancy to save $500!
Please note: The mother must be a member at least 300 days before her estimated due date.
