JOB SUMMARY

The BI Growth Enrollment Analyst I plays a critical role in supporting CHM’s enrollment growth strategy by transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing and enrollment decisions. This role partners closely with the Director of Growth Enrollment and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance trends, develop reporting solutions, and guide data-driven decision-making that supports ministry growth and mission impact.

At the highest level, this role exists to ensure leadership and enrollment teams have accurate, timely, and meaningful data to optimize enrollment performance and improve strategic outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze enrollment, lead, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support growth strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across enrollment and marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with enrollment, marketing, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation, quality checks, and documentation standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve automation, and enhance data accessibility.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through presentations, written reports, and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, analytics tools, and reporting methodologies relevant to enrollment and growth analytics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, enrollment analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • 1–3 years of experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

  • HubSpot Reporting Certification
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification
  • Python or R programming certification
