How CHM Give works
CHM Give is our solution for maintained pre-existing conditions. In three easy steps, CHM Give enables members to voluntarily help fellow brothers and sisters in Christ get the life-changing care they need.

Members with maintained pre-existing conditions submit their medical bills.

Fellow members donate above and beyond their monthly contribution.

These extra funds go directly to share members’ medical bills for eligible maintained pre-existing conditions. Through Christ-like generosity, 100% of eligible medical bills are shared.
Formerly called the Prayer Page, CHM Give helped share over $3 million in pre-existing medical bills in 2023.
