CHM members have the flexibility to decide with their doctor what treatment they receive and agree on how much it will cost. Sharing eligibility is determined according to the Guidelines.

With two group options, you can customize your healthcare to meet your staff needs. CHM is a federally certified exemption to the individual mandate under the U.S. Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Both the Gold Standard and Gold Standard Plus options can be created to meet all the requirements of the ACA. They also include our Gold program—plus Brother’s Keeper!
CHM will help you explore your options as you create a solution that satisfies ACA requirements. Your group healthcare must be set up properly or you can be heavily fined, so we also recommend that all groups seek guidance from attorneys and CPAs knowledgeable about the law’s requirements as you finalize your group’s healthcare. CHM can provide referrals to reliable, independent professionals.
