Total medical bills before discounts
In 2025, CHM members submitted $1,557,807,000 worth of eligible medical bills. From there, discounts and financial assistance brought the total amount of medical bills down to $609 million. This amount was shared out to members for illnesses, catastrophic medical bills, maternity bills, pre-existing conditions, and so much more.

in medical bills for new families.
Through CHM’s maternity solution, new families had ample support through:
- robust medical bill sharing for home births, hospital births, midwives, and more
- access to a nurse navigator to help find quality providers, answer any medical questions they may have had
- a $500 Personal Responsibility credit for calling CHM within the first 16 weeks of pregnancy
In 2025, CHM members shared
$83,494,000
in medical bills for catastrophic medical events.
Whether it was heart disease, an unexpected cancer diagnosis, or something else, CHM members stood beside each other through some of their darkest days with CHM Plus. Through this support, members facing catastrophic medical bills totaling over $125,000 were able to have their medical bills shared.
In 2025, CHM members shared
$14,707,000
in medical bills for members with maintained pre-existing conditions.
Through the Gold Schedule and CHM Give, members with maintained pre-existing conditions were able to receive the support they needed as they faced long-lasting illness and health issues. Nearly $4 million was shared on the Prayer Page, where members donate above and beyond their monthly contribution to help their fellow members through these medical events.
