Whether you’re vegan or need a recipe for your Daniel fast, these homemade granola bars are as tasty as they are healthy. And the best part? This recipe requires only three ingredients.
- 2 cups quick oats
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- Preheat oven to 350° and lightly oil a 8x8 baking dish
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl
- Press the mixture evenly into the 8x8 baking dish
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, then cut into rectangular bars
