How my role at CHM helps members: Featuring Norma Mull

This month is Norma Mull, CHM Vice President of Member Services and Groups:

I’ve worked at Christian Healthcare Ministries for 32 years (since August 1990). I started in Member Services and was promoted to Member Services Supervisor in 2006. Then, in 2019, I was asked to serve on the ministry’s leadership team.

I oversee our Member Services and Group Services teams and make sure CHM members receive the highest level of care. Whatever the service, from adding a new baby to a membership to helping a member submit their first medical need, my team is privileged to be the hands and feet of Jesus to CHM members who need assistance with their CHM memberships.

It’s impactful to talk with members daily over the phone or email and being able to care for them in the mountains and valleys of life.

During my time at the ministry, I’ve seen God provide for CHM through the mountains and valleys, just as He provides for members. He has proven that when we lean into Him with faith and obedience, He will grow and strengthen us.

As God continues to provide for this ministry, my team will continue to serve our members with excellence by showing the love of Christ to each person, every time.
